An engagement with craft and making runs through my work. The custom hall furniture of my first architectural project, as well as restored and reupholstered vintage chairs, reflect a direct exploration of materials, joinery, and finishes. These tangible processes refine the sense of proportion and detail, showing how architecture is deepened by an intimate relationship with construction and craft.
